This epic seeks to define the MVP plugin functionality required for an initial upstream release.

NOTE: The plugin functionality needs to be driving support for the following high level use cases

1. Plugin to remove Metadata extra information.
2. Plugin to remove Status
3. Plugin to handle Common Whiteouts (endpoint, endpoint slices etc.)
4. Plugin to handle Openshift specific resources and changes
5. Plugin to handle GitOps specifics (if needed)
6. Plugin to handle Helm specifics (if needed)
7. Plugin to show how to make certain things kustomizable (needs research)
