Definition of Done:
1. Determine the list of metadata fields that should be removed.

2. Create a re-usable plugin that will remove the necessary fields

3. Plugin must support v1 response and v1 requests from crane

We should start with the assumption that there are no optional fields for this plugin. If we find a use case for them, we should create an enhancement or follow-up issue.
