WHAT

Add e2e tests to verify the Kafka suspension/resumption functionality. 

WHY

Ensures Kafka suspension/resumption functionality is fully tested

HOW

• Add new tests to the e2e/stage to verify that a Kafka instance can be suspended and resumed.
  • e2e tests should call the /admin/kafkas/{id} endpoint to suspend/resume the long Kafka instance
  • Kafka instance should return the correct status on list/get

As part of this task, we need to figure out how we can authenticate with the e2e test to call the admin endpoints. See mchitimb-1 comment below on how we may be able to do this.
