WHAT

When we are ready to use strimzipodsets, we need to remove the configuration added by MGDSTRM-9428 that disabled the feature

WHY

Migrate Kafka instances to StrimziPodSets which will be the supported method for Strimzi to managed Kafka and ZK pods going forward.

HOW

Remove the `-UseStrimziPodSets` to the `STRIMZI_FEATURE_GATES` env in the deployment template: rhosak-pipeline-configs/distgit/containers/rhosak-kas-strimzi-operator-bundle/src/templates/strimzi-cluster-operator.deployment.yaml
