WHAT
This Epic upgrades RHOSAK to use Strimzi 0.32.0, but we are not ready to turn on StrimziPodGates yet. We need to turn off the feature.
HOW
Add `-UseStrimziPodSets` to the `STRIMZI_FEATURE_GATES` env in the deployment template: rhosak-pipeline-configs/distgit/containers/rhosak-kas-strimzi-operator-bundle/src/templates/strimzi-cluster-operator.deployment.yaml
