      Issue Description: 

      BridgeIngressServiceTest.testBridgeIngressCreationWhenSpecAlreadyExists() and BridgeExecutorServiceTest.testBridgeExecutorCreationWhenSpecAlreadyExists() are failing regularly. Their approach needs to be reviewed. Disable for now.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      CI environment builds successfully!

      Out of Scope:
      Fixing tests. A follow-up JIRA will be created.
