Issue Description:
With error handling implementation, we are adding error strategy definition in the BridgeInstance API so it is necessary to let user update it (like add the strategy after the creation of the Instance)
Acceptance Criteria:
- It should be possible to add/remove/update the error strategy of a Bridge Instance
