Issue Description: Implement shard operator integration tests for ManagedBridge custom resource.

Acceptance Criteria: Tests are merged and are regularly run as part of "Shard Operator - CI" Github workflow.

Out of Scope: Test scenarios should cover mostly happy path scenarios. Other scenarios will be covered in the following Jiras.
