Issue Description: 

When a new ManagedProcessor CR is deleted, all resources associated with the Processor should be deleted.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• All resources associated with the ManagedProcessor are deleted.
• status of the ManagedProcessor CRD is updated correctly with suitable conditions

Out-of-Scope

• Completely refactor the processor delete logic

Additional Information: 

• Re-use as much as possible of the existing implementation
