Issue Description: 

When a new ManagedBridge CR is created, all resources associated with the Bridge should be deleted.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• All resources associated with the ManagedBridge are deleted.
• status of the ManagedBridge CRD is updated correctly with suitable conditions

Out-of-Scope

• Completely refactor the bridge delete logic

Additional Information: 

• Re-use as much as possible of the existing implementation
