We need a first pass proposal for the public facing API for Processors on RHOC. This should provide:

• Example payload
• Documentation of any assumptions/limitations around fields on the payload

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a Gist for the payload for the public Control Plane API for Processors
• Reach agreement across the team on this epic on the payload structure
• Communicate the final outcome to the wider RHOC team
