Issue Description:
Add basic support for Smart Event Processors in the Control Plane.

• The public Connector API needs to support the same CRUD operations as for Connectors, i.e. CREATE, GET, LIST, PATCH, DELETE.
• The assumption is that Processors will deploy in the same cluster as Connectors to which it can attach.
• Processors will also follow the same life-cycle as Connectors.
• Processors wil follow the same life-cycle transitions as Connectors.
• Processors will also be assigned to a channel (to support feature roll out). lburgazz@redhat.com is clarifying the feature.
