We need to understand what steps we need to take to action this. Existing customDomains will be migrated to ingressControllers when moving to 4.14.

Core of the issue is that the custom-domain-operator will no longer reconcile customDomain CR's from osd 4.14. The CRD's are present but no longer acted upon. And later versions of osd will remove the CRD usually about 2 versions later.

HOW
We should assume there could be new RHOAM clusters provisioned by existing customers.

TESTS
Provision RHOAM with a custom domain on a cluster that uses the Ingress Operator.
Consider backward compatibility and possible migration steps for existing customers.
