Reflect 3scale-operator APIM changes ((labels and annotation) in RHOAM

    Description

      WHY
      We are now able to set labels and annotations via APIM in 3scale. We need to reflect these changes in RHOAM to avoid issues.

      WHAT
      Update the vendor files for each of the 3 scale components that have been affected by  THREESCALE-9000  and [ THREESCALE-8999 |https://issues.redhat.com/browse/THREESCALE-8999 ].
