WHAT
At the moment customers are required to manually create an SRE policy which is needed for our SRE teams to manage RHOAM on ROSA clusters. It would be useful if this could be done via the ROSA CLI to avoid customers having to manually create it. See step 2 & 3 in official docs for the existing manual steps that we would automate with this ticket
