WHAT
This EPIC tracks the work for supporting native 3scale sts once that has been made available.
Some changes would be:
- consuming a new 3scale operator version with the STS configuration support and version of system with sts support
- Adding a second credential request in the addon parameters for 3scale S3 read write access using sts instead of IAM keys workaround
- Migration of IAM workaround to sts based approach for 3scale s3 access
