We need to update this SOP _ Add multiple tenants to 3Scale_ To reflect the multitenant and SSO integration test.

When using customer's email address for the new tenant, customers are unable to receive the password reset email due to the error mentioned here  
SOP should include the following step to set the SUPPORT_EMAIL to remediate the forgot password email failure as per the conversation in OHSS-16731

The SOP should include testing the SSO integration as well as mentioning the direct permissions difference between dedicated-admin and cluster-admin.

We should also link the service definition docs.
We should include a note about storing new tenants' creds in the vault should the forgot password link not work for the customer.
Should we merge these SOPs or at least reference link these SOPs?
