Create metrics for the following:

• cluster type (osd/rosa)
• addon version/status
  • status: installing, upgrading, installed
• alert summary (list of pending/firing alerts and their severity)
  • name, status and severity
  • Ignore DMS alert

• Reuse existing metrics if possible but we will have to create some new metrics
• May need to talk to SRE on how to determine the cluster type (osd/rosa)
