As a part of the ramp-up exercise on must-gather, we aim to study the operator implementation that exists today in https://github.com/openshift/must-gather-operator/ to come up with a document that captures the internal flow of steps from the operator's implementation involved in collecting a must-gather dump by using the operator functionalities.

Additionally, to ease developer understanding we would build a script that can install, run the operator and run a sample gather on an existing cluster i.e. manifests, commands needed to get started.

Acceptance criteria: have a document with the internal flow of the operator captured in detail and a good-have script to start developing/hacking the operator locally.
