Summary
Determine a standard mechanism for surfacing help links to customers to improve the alert messages.
Some ideas:
- Add a field (something like "resolution") that gives customers link to documentation/run book to resolve.
Done when:
- Identify problematic errors.
- A path forward for improving error messages has been determined
- We have validated that path forward with other teams and socialized it for comment.

- Create story for completing work.

- Two persons taking this on for a sprint at half time.
