To build shared context and understanding between the customer experience team and the MCO team, we will work closely with two CXX team members (Milti Leonard and Courtney Ruhm) to perform a root-cause analysis (RCA) on customer cases involving the MCO. Additionally, to improve OpenShift customer experience, we will identify opportunities to disambiguate and improve our error messaging.
Done When:
- 2-3 error messaging improvement opportunities have been identified.
- Two MCO bugs whose fixes can be implemented by Courtney and Milti have been identified and assigned.
- Courtney and Milti have each submitted a pull request (PR) to the MCO repository which improves the error messaging or implements a fix to the assigned MCO bug.
