      With the current system, the log generation, metric update and status reporting are communicating in each one's own way which brings problems with proper reporting and difficulty in log tracking:

      1. previous logs will disappear after a restart
      2. bugs during bootstrapping are hard to track and dealt with 
      3. urgent need for a centralizing method for all pool health monitor tools 

      The general design idea would be:
