Description

The newly created OSImageStream CRDs are not being included into the CVO payload manifests because they weren't added in the initial change as the v1alpha directory was not included in the CRD scan process of the CRDs generation.

This change is about modifying the the generation logic of the API repo to include our CRDs and to verify the OSImageStream CRD is included in the payload manifests.

Acceptance Criteria

• The OSImageStream CRDs are included in the payload manifests of TechPreview
