      • Decide DevPreview or TechPreview once done
      • if no osStream set assume RHEL9

        • not immutable, someone could update osStream to upgrade nodes from RHEL9 to RHEL10, encourage canary
        • Need to ensure that ALL out of the box config is compatible with RHEL9 and RHEL10
