As an OpenShift administrator, I am able to read the documentation on using OCP CoreOS Layering and create custom derived CoreOS builds inside a cluster. This includes things like kernel/userspace hotfixes, as well as adding RHEL packages like firewalld, usbguard and my node-level configuration.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • hotfixes
      • Many RHEL packages
      • Some external vendor packages
