    Description

      Currently, the operator only supports processing v1beta1 resources.  In order phase in v1 resources from other projects, we should add support for processing both v1 and v1beta1 CRDs.  This will allow us to migrate the CRDs in maistra/api and maistra/istio (1.x and 2.x branches) separately.
