Federation Gateway should not route federated TCP traffic and regular HTTP traffic together

When we test OSSM 2.1 federation examples, we see kiali graph ( Screen shot is in attachments, image.png) shows two traffic lines from the same istio-ingressgateway and mesh2-ingress fed-export.

The blue line is the expected federated TCP traffic from mesh1 to mesh2 mongodb service.
The green line is the regular HTTP traffic from an outside client to the mesh2 bookinfo productpage service.

The expected behavior :
Federation Gateway should not mix TCP traffic and regular HTTP traffic all together.
A federation Gateway may include unique label(s) other than the existing labels in a regular OSSM Gateway.

How to reproduce:
1. Install OSSM 2.1 and SMCP 2.1 on an OCP 4 cluster
2. Create two meshes and follow the examples script for federation:

3. Deploy a regular bookinfo application in mesh2
4. Refresh browser productpage and check traffic from kiali graph
