Copy all CRD's from api to istio

    Description

      Currently we are only copying a bunch of files from api to istio: https://github.com/maistra/istio/blob/50bc8aad9b4cbe296e7135d02d5d865da0b05c55/bin/update_maistra_deps.sh#L33

       

      Current operator does not deal well with all CRD being present on istio: MAISTRA-2329.

       

      We should update this shell script to copy all files once this operator limitation has been fixed, likely by MAISTRA-2331.
