    Description

      When update SMCP from UI, kiali operator keeps deleting and recreating kiali pod and completed recreation after 15 mins.

      Build info:
      OCP4.3.9 and OCP4.4.0-rc.6 AWS
      OSSM : 1.1.0
      kiali : 1.12.7

      How to produce:
      1. Create an OCP4.3 AWS cluster
      2. Install registry-puller
      3. Install operators from quay
      4. Create an SMCP and SMMR
      5. Enable SMCP Control Plane Security from UI. See screen shot in attachment.
      6. Check istio-system ns Events and see kiali pod keeps in deletion and recreation.
