      This adds an alert for this release to notify administrators of deprecated features that will be removed in future releases so they are aware and may make adjustments as needed.

      This also includes an enhancement to enable caching of kube API server calls and promote the Tech Preview configuration option introduced in LOG-7196, tuning MaxUnavailable, to General Acceptance.

      Summary

      Enable a 6.3 alert similar to the feature introduced in LOG-7596
      to identify the changes introduced as part of LOG-7196 as General Acceptance and deprecated.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Verify the alert fires upon upgrade of the operator
      • Verify the upstream master branch documentation identifies the kube cache feature as enabled
      • Verify the upstream release-6.3 documentation identifies the kube cache feature as enabled
      • Verify the upstream master and release-6.3 branches identifies the MaxUnavailable as GA
      • Verify the alert points to the 6.3 release notes which should identify MaxUnavailable as GA and kube cache as enabled
