Logging must-gather errors out when running on a non-amd64 arch cluster

      Before this change the must-gather feature failed when the version of oc it packaged was not compatible with the OS architecture on which it was being executed. This fixes that issue by bundling the specific version of oc that is compatible with the OS architecture

      Description of problem:

      Must-gather errors out when running on a cluster using non amd64 architectures.

      1. Deploy CLO on a non-amd64 cluster
      2. Run must-gather command
      3. Check for Exec format error

      Actual results:

      must-gather should complete successfully.

      Expected results:

      must-gather errors out with binary issue.
