Summary

Modify the vector config generation to be able to dynamically wire inputs, pipelines, and outputs to allow config blocks to be re-used and log flow to be altered as needed.

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify there are no functional regressions from prior to the change

• Modify component IDs to be dynamically generated to use a consistent pattern
• Alter setting of inputs to occur establishing internal log flow
