Summary

Add an option to vector kubernetes_logs to allow configuration of files to include
so the collector can be configured with explicit sources that map to CLF inputs which
include/exclude files by namespace

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify vector collects all logs when there are no includes configured
• Verify vector only collects logs from files that map to the input globs
• Verify excludes take precedence over include when globs match both patterns

Notes

• Exclude takes precedence over include
• Config parameter is intended to be the compliment to exclude_paths_glob_patterns
