Before this update, the Loki Operator did not reconcile the per-Table-Marker and sweeper panels in the OpenShift Logging / LokiStack / Retention dashboads. With this update the dashboard includes the missing panels resolves the issue not having an overview about the retention process.

Description of problem:

The human administrator cannot conclude if the applied global/per-tenant stream-based retention policies are effective when using the compactor component. The current OpenShift Logging / LokiStack / Retention dashboard displays only panels about the compact and mark process. This is only a partial overview on how retention policies applied since sweeper is another asynchronous process in the compactor compactor component.
