[release-5.7] Browser keeps plugin files cached after upgrade

    • Before this update the logging view plugin bootstraping files were cached preventing updates to be loaded. After this update the bootstrap files are not cached, allowing new versions to be updated.

      Description of problem:

      After upgrading the cluster logging operator, the console keeps the old version files of the plugin in the cache. Causing issues with new versions

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install a version of the cluster logging operator, a loki operator with a lokistack
      2. enable the logging view plugin
      3. Update the version of the cluster logging operator

      Actual results:

      The files of the previous version of the plugin are cached, generating a console error in the browser

      Expected results:

      Files are not cached or are updated to the current version
