      As an OpenShift Administrator, I want to split alert notifications per tenant to separate Alertmanager hosts, so that platform alerts notify the platform Alertmanager and user workload alerts the user-workload Alertmanager.

      Acceptance criteria

      • The Loki configuration supports per-tenant alertmanager client configuration.
