Summary
The console UI (MON-1947) is nearing completion. It needs review to determine what remains to be done before the first GA release.

Goal
Review and create issues to cover any of these items remaining:
- Sufficient features to be useful as first release.
- Correct use of ViaQ data model.
- Easy/automatic connection in default in-cluster deployment with CLO + LokiStack
- Enable/disable in console depending on availability of CLO and/or LokiStack
- Replace default Pod log tabs
- Linked from alerts
- How to install - CLO dependency, installed by CLO?'
- Allow CLO without UI for forward-only clusters
- Allow UI without CLO for central-aggregation clusters
