VSCode - BPMN modeler global vs process variables

The most common use case is for users to define process variables when defining a process. When you first start with the design, on the properties panel, the global variables are shown immediately, that causes confusion for many users that are looking for defining variables in the process. The actual variables are hidden in the Process Data collapsible panel. A suggestion would be to somehow have both set of variables displayed together, For instance, moving the process variables below the global variables table or moving the global varaibles table to Process Data.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add a new tab labeled Advanced after tab Process Data
  • Move Global Variables into the new tab Advanced
• It must be possible to add, remove, edit and save global variables
