    Description

"Ordering of fields in the properties panel doesn't seem to follow order of importance for most use cases"

As a user I need the ordering of the fields in the property panel to follow the order of use and importance, so that I can easily find the information that I need to review/edit.

      Note:

      • This jira covers digram details in addition to node elements - human task, rule task, service, task. Events, gateways, etc. will be covered in an additional jira.
      • This jira covers the reordering of fields only - revising labels, form inputs, and general redesign of the form elements will be handled in subsequent jiras as needed.
      • Design styling follows PF3 to maintain consistency with existing BC styles.
