Consume ProcessDefinitionDataEvent at Data Index for Process Definitions indexation

In order to add available Process Definition to Data Index, it needs to expose  an endpoint to receive the workflow endpoint that allow Data Index to query for source files, for node definitions and all the required information to index it.

Once the endpoint is available, it could be exposed as a GraphQL mutation too, to provide more interaction options.
