In continuation to KOGITO-9674  and KOGITO-9522 , the DataIndex  Gateway API can be extended to act as the Gateway API to interact with SonataFlow runtimes without a need to expose the serverless workflow application endpoints.

In that kind of topology, the DataIndex becomes the facade of sonataflow services: in addition to its role as the inventory to store and provide information about the deployed workflows, and to interact with existing running processes, it will be extended to create new processes.

The motivation for it is to simplify the architecture of the Orchestrator, and its backstage backend plugin to configure a single endpoint for interacting SonataFlow.
