[Operator] Set `kogito.service.url` to deployed SonataFlow properties

      Supporting Services (Data Index, Jobs Service, Management Console) should know about the internal SonataFlow URIs. For that, the operator should set the kogito.service.url properties to the -props ConfigMap.
