This task outcome is a documentation explaining how to deploy Data Index manually on Minikube/KIND/k8s and integrate with SonataFlow instances.

As a side effect, we should be able to enhance the current Data Index guides and write a new Persistence guide for the cloud, where we detail how to use Postgres Operator and a simple Deployment instance using Postgres' official image provided by Red Hat.
