SWF Editor - Call auto-layout after a new state is created from the Tollbox

    Description

      When a new State is created from the toolbox it is placed right below the source State.

      After creation a node it is necessary to call the auto-layout to reposition the nodes and present a consistent layout once drag-and-drop won't be available to the user.
