Deploy Kogito Jobs Service when creating a new project on Kogito CLI

      Following KOGITO-261, it would be great to have a way to install Kogito Jobs Service

      So to sumup:

      • Installs Jobs Service for new-project
      • Installs Jobs Service for use-project
      • Installs Jobs Service for install operator
        Option --jobs-service should be default to false. So to install Jobs Service with a new project, should be: 
        kogito new-project kogito --install-jobs-service
