Deploy Kogito Data Index when creating a new project on Kogito CLI

      Whenever the Operator have the feature to deploy Infinispan/Strimzi automatically with default values, the CLI must follow this user story and deploy the data index with this command:

      kogito new-project my-kogito

      An user can disable this deploy by setting:

       
kogito new-project my-kogito --data-index=false

      Today we have the option to deploy the data index independently on the project:

      kogito install data-index --kafka-url <url> --infinispan-url <url>
