Align workflows with specification and tooling exporter

There are some incorrect usages of "end" node in the kogito-examples.

Terminate parameter of End parameter can be only boolean type but in kogito-examples there are several places were end->terminate parameter using string instead of boolean value.

Also tooling exporters exporting numbers as integer if after floating point is 0. Example: 32.0 will be replaced by 32. It also should be aligned.
