Click on the Inject state.

It gets selected and the toolbox appears.

Hover over the inject data icon.

Actual result

The tooltip appears behind the toolbox, so it is not readable. Same happens over other icons that may appear on different kind of states as well.

Expected result

The tooltip appears on top of the toolbox, so it is readable.
