We currently have a challenge where the JIRAs might not have the fixVersion set, so it's hard to find/track a commit/PR to a JIRA.

That said, we discussed internally and a few suggestions were made to improve the release process:

• have a script reading commits since latest cut-off/release
• get issue numbers from titles
• update issues with released version
• setup the release notes with all issues (maybe sort task/story and bugs)
