      Use the content from https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-cloud-operator/blob/master/RELEASE_NOTES.md to add to the release creation in Operator.

      + we should find a way to reset this file on master (via PR creation) somewhen in the release process. When creating the release branch would add more complexity to the whole release pipeline. This should be thought somehow else...
